01General Terms & Conditions

7baji (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an international online betting and gaming platform operating under a valid license. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 7baji and each user.

By accessing the platform, registering, or using any of our services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

02Account Registration

To register at 7baji, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or incorrect details may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

• Single Account: Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or IP address.
• Accurate Information: Your name, date of birth, phone number, and email must all be provided accurately.
• Account Security: Keep your password and login credentials confidential. Sharing account access with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Contact information: If your phone number or email address changes, please update it on the platform immediately.

03Age Verification & KYC

7baji is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Use of the platform by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. You must confirm your age at registration, and verification documents may be requested at any time.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be required to submit one of the following documents:

04Deposit Policy

05Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw winnings, your account must be fully verified and all applicable wagering requirements must be met.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (Five Hundred BDT).
• Processing Time: Usually between 15 minutes and a maximum of 24 hours.
• Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Pending Bet: Withdrawal requests cannot be submitted while you have pending bets.
• Daily Limit: Daily withdrawal limits are set for security purposes.
• Charges: There are generally no withdrawal charges, though the payment provider may apply a small fee.

06Bonuses & Promotions

7baji offers a variety of bonus promotions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: New members can receive up to a 200% bonus on their first deposit. A 20x wagering requirement applies.
• Free Bet: Free bets are awarded subject to specific conditions. Winnings from free bets cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Cashback: A minimum betting amount must be met to qualify for the weekly loss cashback.
• Bonus validity period: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.

07Betting Rules

Please familiarise yourself with all betting rules before placing bets on 7baji. Rules may vary across different sports sections.

• Bet confirmation: Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a Cash Out option is available.
• Odds Change: Odds in live betting change continuously. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
• Match cancellation: If a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded unless other rules apply.
• Incorrect Odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 7baji reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Cash Out: The cash out feature is available on selected matches. The cash out value is determined based on real-time odds.
• Parlay Bet: A parlay bet can include a maximum of 15 legs. If any single leg loses, the entire parlay is void.

08Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7baji platform:

• Multiple Accounts: No individual may operate more than one account.
• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to exploit bonus offers or odds differences to generate risk-free profits.
• Use of bots: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Account Selling/Renting: Allowing others to use or selling your account.
• Money laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Match Fixing: Betting based on match fixing or the use of insider information.
• Hacking: Any attempt to breach the platform's security.

Any account found involved in such activities will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited. Legal action may be taken where necessary.

09Account Suspension & Termination

7baji reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and for any reason. Accounts may be closed under the following circumstances:

• Terms Violation
• Engaging in Prohibited Activities
• Providing False Information
• Incomplete KYC Verification
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting support. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

10Limitation of Liability

7baji will not be held liable for the following:

• Bets missed due to internet connection loss
• Delays caused by third-party payment gateways
• Account compromise due to the user's own negligence
• Service disruption due to natural disasters or force majeure events
